Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order

All orders shipped within the United States ship free, with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days after your order ships. Your order is shipped by our fulfillment partner, and our products are imported.

If your order has more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Delays

If we can't ship your order within the time stated above, we'll email you with a new estimate. You can then choose to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us. We'll check with the carrier, and if the package can't be found we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll fix it before it ships.
